We have a 14 day return policy. AirTracks can be returned within 14 days of receiving them and any issues with the track must be reported in this time period.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Steps to return an AirTrack:-

  1. Contact our customer service for instructions by sending us an email to  Tell us your order number and indicate which item you would like to return. 
  2. You must contact us and not just return a product.
  3. Place the item(s) in the original packing and seal the parcel securely.
  4. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

AirTrack World reserve the right to refuse a refund if the Airtrack has been used as it is then not possible to resell the item.


Damaged Airtracks

Very rarely you may encounter an issue with an airtrack. Please email us at to report the problem.

Punctured Airtracks unfortunately do not represent a defective item. All our Airtracks are pumped up and rigorously tested before dispatching to our customers. Please be careful to use the AirTrack away from any sharp objects, stones or glass as we will not be liable for any punctures. If a puncture does okay, just like a bike tyre, we provide a puncture kit with your new AirTrack. Use the puncture kit to fix the puncture and the AirTrack will work like new. In addition, any airtrack we found to have been misused will not be judged to be a defective item, including airtracks that have been folded for storage and not rolled up as per our advice on our FAQ page.
